California 4-H Enrollment Page
ENROLLING IN 4-H TAKES ONLY 3 EASY STEPS!
Ages: 7 years old to 19 years old. (As of December 31, 2024)
STEP 1
Click on the link below and register at the state's online website. This is required for all new and returning members. If you were a member last year, you can log into your existing family account and just update and enroll in this year's projects. If you are confused, please consult the attached PDF which has step-by-step directions at https://4h.zsuite.org (You will need to create a 4-H Family Account and then ADD a Youth or ADULT member)

Bring your CLUB DUES per child to the next COMMUNITY MEETING on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month. Total cost per youth member = $175 Make Checks Payable to PVP 4-H CLUB or $175 to PVP 4-H Club 26750 Eastvale Rd., Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274

STEP 3
Be sure to print out and complete the required medical form to each project your child is signing up for and give the Medical Release Form to the project leader. Discuss the waiver form and code of conduct with your child, you can download in your 4-H Family Account.
STEP 4 - Paying via credit card or check
(Youth Member) After you complete your 4-H online enrollment, please come back to this page and fill out the credit card authorization form. Total cost per youth member = $175). (Adult Volunteer) After you complete your 4-H online enrollment, please come back to this page Bring your CLUB DUES per child to the next COMMUNITY MEETING on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month. Total cost per adult volunteer leader = $30 Make Checks Payable to PVP 4-H CLUB and mail a check for $30 to PVP 4-H Club 26750 Eastvale Rd., Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274

Note: Your online needs to be completed before September 1, 2024 to be placed in projects. Failure to update your online registration will result in processing your club enrollment in the New Member Line at the Community Meeting.
Once ALL FOUR steps have been completed, we will be able to confirm your membership within the online system after the September Community Meeting.
ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADULT VOLUNTEERS: We are always SEEKING additional Project Leaders, Co-Leaders & General Volunteers. Any specialty/hobby/interest you have can be a great project! Share your knowledge & experience with interested youth!
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE AN ADULT VOLUNTEER THIS YEAR (project leader, co-leader, chaperon, etc), please enroll online and inform the Community Club Leader. She will have the county office send you a fingerprinting packet and sign you up for a volunteer orientation. We encourage EVERY 4-H parent to go through this process for the safety of our youth and to protect volunteers as well. Total cost per adult member = $30 Note: If an 4-H Adult Volunteer does not renew their 4-H adult membership after one (1) year, they will need to complete the orientation & fingerprinting process again, No Exceptions! Make Checks Payable to PVP 4-H CLUB.
Remember, you must be currently enrolled to participate in 4-H projects and many 4-H activities.
Reminder: All 7 & 8 year old members will be placed in the Beginning 4-H Project, NO Exceptions!
